Could not get this to lay flat after 4 weeks

The rug is pretty but has more pink than I expected. I was wanting purple.

Carpet is a really nice design. A little more pink than purple. Looks nice in my home office. The color is not really like the picture. I was trying to match with my comforter.

It’s pink not purple. Doesn’t have the design on it all. Very disappointing

Extremely disappointed. Here are photos of the rug as it looks on the Wayfair website, and how it looks when I got it. There isnt a single thread of black anywhere, no existence of the design you see in the middle, and its just a splattering of unorganized colors, that are faded, and not bold, like on the one in the website photo. Super bummed out, and returning them (I bought TWO!).
