The rug is perfect, it does have a bit of a smell but not bad. I purchased a 9 x 12 so the rug was rolled then folded. The creases from this are almost gone after 48 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful rug. Shipping was rough and had torn a corner. I did have it repaired. Rug was too nice not too. Super thick wool and soft. Did need to add backing do it wouldn't slide.
