Not usable. Firstly, multi stage filter systems have a dirty little secret. They waste a ton of water to give you clean water. This claim 2 gallons to every gallon. So for a glass of clean water you waste two glasses of waste water. Some systems are 10-1. A lot of wasted water. Next, this thing trickles. Literally a trickle of water. It would take an hour of trickling water to fill a pitcher. Need a glass of clean water, wait 10-20 minutes. It is powered by the water pressure of your sink. I think you would need to connect it to a power washer to get clean water in a feasible amount of time. Next, the design is minimal and seemingly smart, but the connection to the faucet is just to send water to the unit, You get water from a loose second hose that has no mounting point or faucet. Most under the counter systems come with a second faucet you mount to use for the filtered water. Not this one. Just a little hose. Not a very elegant or thoughtful approach to design. Simply put, this completely underwhelmed. As a consumer, I'm really tired of products promising more than they deliver. Just be straight up. Explain the trickle. If customers are cool with a long wait for water then maybe its a good product. But for me, I don't want to wait an hour everytime I need to fill a pitcher of water or make tea. Returned.
