The rug is beautiful. Color is exactly what is pictured. The rug is thick enough to not need a pad underneath.

We purchased this rug for my daughter's nursery. Given it's wool, it was a little scratchy at first but after about a year, it became much softer and stopped shedding. She is 2.5 now and we play on it all the time. The pink is a lovely rosy color and the print is beautiful and subtle enough that you can still use other patterns/texture in the room without it clashing.

This is gorgeous and great quality. The fiber does pill a lot but that's the nature of the fiber. It should diminish within 2-3 month if standard use. The color is perfect too!
