Unfortunately you sent me the wrong shade of the Rug. I ordered the one with dominant colours being brown and cream. Returning it is too much hassle in these times of Coronavirus. I am very disappointed!!!

Product was fine. Ad said free shipping over $50. Item was $150 and I was charged shipping! Delivery truck came from 40 km from my house. Agent said I live in a remote distant area. I m on a main highway where Fed Ex and all other delivery services visit every day of the week!! It would seem that free delivery is to Toronto area only, so free delivery is false advertisement.

The carpet is very soft and colours are amazing, but mine came with a bubble or bump on one end that I cannot smooth out or make lay completely flat. Other than that it is beautiful.
