This rug is a mess: Poor quality, shoddy workmanship and dull/weird colors. The blue, online, looks like a rich jewel tone. In reality, it's a washed out baby blue. The "latex" backing is a coat of gummy goo-like substance. Listing says it is "wool," but I'm not so sure about that - this looks like no wool rug I've ever seen! The gummy stuff is extremely rough to the touch, makes the entire back of the rug feel like cheap/raw jute. Like sandpaper on your floors if you used without a rug pad. It also had many -- hundreds -- of pulled threads throughout. It was also shedding -- the rug was still folded up and not even all the way out of the bag. (How is that possible?) Black threading was oddly dotted throughout. Strong musty smell, as well. Like I said: This is a truly horrible rug. If I could give it negative stars I would. Immediately returned.
