Because I CANCELLED the order (since I changed my mind) before the rug was shipped, I don't know what it looks like since I didn't open the packaging. This is the 3rd time I'm documenting what happened with this order. I tried to cancel it before it was shipped, but was told (on line) that it was too late to cancel. When the item arrived on 1/14 via FedEx, I met the delivery lady & told her I was refusing the delivery because I had changed my mind. She had me sign a paper & told me it was fine & she would take it back, no problem. The next day I found the rug in my garage as it had been delivered a SECOND TIME even though I had refused theIdelivery the day before. NOW HERE I AM WITH THIS RUG THAT I DO NOT WANT & according to the feedback I received from your website, I now have to return it & pay return shipping? THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I will never do business with Wayfair again !!! I should NOT have to pay return shipping considering the circumstances that transpired during this transaction. This is JUST WRONG !

Good value for the price. Looks like the photos. Only downside is it definitely feels like a budget rug when I'm barefoot, but I can live with that.
