So soft and as advertised. Love love love!

This is a great rug, we will use it in our guest bedroom. It’s plush and super soft and the color is neutral enough to change up.

Its a pretty nice rug, it shipped rolled with a cardboard tube and end caps, wrapped in thick plastic, so there were no stains and it flattened out nicely. There was a chemical smell after unrolling it, but we let it air out for a few days with the ceiling fan on and it lessened over time, I could vaguely notice it after a few days if I went out. After 2 weeks, no smell at all even if you get ground level and sniffed. Its fairly soft and decently thick for a low knap rug. It does benefit from a rug pad, as all thinner rugs do, for extra cush underfoot, but I think its okay without one. Got the 9x12, pretty good price for the size as there arent as many options when you go bigger than 8x10. This is replacing an 8x10 in the living room, as that was a bit too small to properly tie everything together. After a year, it's held up well to toddler play, cats and vacuuming.

It came really warped. Color makes everything look dirty. It doesn’t look new. It looks like a really old used carpet.
