Tapis en chenille Bombay

So I truly wanted to love this rug. I love the bright design and it feels very soft in the feet. The problem with this rug is it shows dirt incredibly easily. Unless your floors are spotless as well as your feet, it will soon show the signs of people walking on it. This has in short order made for an impractical rug for a family.

This is a beautiful rug and it is nicely made. The only reason I am giving it one less star is because I thought the green would be a little brighter, like a true green. Instead it’s more of a mint color.

While the pattern is simplistic, it allows for it to fit in almost anywhere. The fake wood of my dining area was peeling up and I want my deposit back when I move, so I needed to cover the floor - this does the trick. The rug is thin, which is not ideal, but it allows my desk chair to move with ease and serves its purpose of protecting the cheap fake wood.
