Do not purchase this. It stained my patio. It is the same material for outdoor use you can purchased anywhere including Home Drpot. I am so angry!!!!’ I purchased a dachshund shaped outdoor rug from Wayfair in June. After two weeks on our newer patio, rust dye from the rug stained our patio with a permanent dachshund stain. I contacted Wayfair almost immediately and my case was transferred to Tyler T in the property damage department. My husband spent two days scrubbing the pavers with Dawn, then a power washer and then oxyclean with no results. My husband is almost 70 years old with two bad knees. He should not be on his knees scrubbing floors but had never dealt with a situation like this. Introspect we should have made Wayfair clean up the mess with a proper contractor. The only thing Tyler for us was to forward our case to MDR Trading Co who said that 100s of people who purchased the rug did not have our problem. It just so happens that I know 3 other people with our rug. One person keeps it indoors but the other one had the same problem. I suggested to Tyler that their website needs to be updated to an indoor rug or taken it down. Wayfair has ignored me and someone else could have our same experience.Not a surprise. Finally we purchased a paver cleaner for $37. My husband was very careful but the stain is still there. This week we realized that the cleaner got on my husband's shoes were tracked onto our wood floor. it will cost $1,500 to repair. Our contractor said the cleaner caused a reaction on our wood floor. Tyler has taken no responsibility and closed the case. We know absolutely nothing about repairing pavers and Tyler knew nothing. Wayfair should have taken responsibility on this damage from the beginning so two seniors were not on our knees doing the work for Wayfair. Tyler said to find two quotes but we had no idea what type of company to contact and we were not given any help from Tyler. Now we are stuck with a stained patio and a stained wood floor while Wayfair has lost very good customers. I just reviewed many complaints about Wayfair.
