I rarely rate items but I felt I needed to for people like me that rely heavily on reviews. I was skeptical about this rug because there wasn’t many reviews. This rug absolutely very luxurious in my formal dining room. I was afraid that it may be too much white, but with my blue walls, I love the clean look. The rug also offers a slight texture differentiation which is appreciable.

We love the rug....it has just the texture we wanted, and it is of excellent quality. Our one critique isn't about the rug but how it was shipped. The rug was rolled and then folded in half. It creates a crease down the middle of the rug that doesn't need to be there.....even though it should just be temporary according to the documentation we received with the rug. Yes, it would cost more to ship it without folding it, but we would have been willing to pay for it.

There is a very faint border around this rug.

This rug is super soft and the colors in the picture is pretty dead on. Note: go against the nap, the darker taupe color appears, go with the nap and the lighter color appears. It is shedding but that is expected with a wool rug.

This rug is exquisite! extremely soft...iridescent....elegant....classic. Looks stunning with our dark wood furniture and dark wood floors. Extremely happy with this purchase. Pros: Beautiful and high quality
