The color does not match as shown on website. The pictures are deceiving. After mistakenly sending the gray when we ordered indigo, you sent one labeled indigo and it looks too similar to the gray. This is discouraging for us to consider ordering such large impactful items online.

Nice entry way rug, BUT it is not gray. It is natural with specks of gray, and a strong yellow undertone. The photo shows the difference in color between the rug and warm gray. The label on the back calls it gray-natural. It's natural.

It was the perfect thing to tie the room together. It is comfortable . I have had no issues with it shedding.

The rug is more gray then navy, the photo is a bit misleading. Also, and more importantly, it sheds very badly and the Dyson keeps getting blocked from it, the entire house is filled with parts of the rug. And we can’t use our Dyson to clean it, and need to look for another solution. Very disappointing for this price.
