Fantastic Rug that exceeded my expectations. Softer than i expected. The color is neutral and elegant.

Experience on this rug was terrible. First the rug was on back order, then again on back order. Ultimately took over 3 months to receive and it. I called into customer service and ask that the matter be escalated and never received a call back. I did see they waived the expedite fee I paid, but nothing outside of that. Then when the carpet finally arrived the color was not even close to Charcoal gray, but rather a light blue/silver rug. I normally would have sent it back, but with all the hassle we just kept it. Would love to see something offered for our trouble and the carpet not being close to as described.

The rug is beautiful and soft. But one side of the rug about one foot in width all the way down the rug looks like a shade darker and the rest of the rug. When you’re looking at the rug from a distance, there’s clearly a difference in color and line all the way down the rug. Not as noticeable in the photo I provided since it’s just a small section. There are also many areas where the string has come loose and I had to tie a small knot so it doesn’t unravel. Customer service gave me a very hard time when I requested to return this item and replace it with a rug without the shaded area. I ended up keeping the rug as I love the color and how it feels, but one can definitely see the color difference in a square pattern on one side. For over $900 for this rug, I would have liked to be more satisfied.
