But still a nice enough rug. I ordered two prior to this one and they were perfect. I fell in love with the quality and design immediately, so I ordered two more but these last two didnt equal my enthusiasm like the first two. Too much trouble to send back so I am keeping them but I wont order any more online.

Rug Size:Runner 2'6" x 10'
I was excited to get this carpet runner for my kitchen but when it arrived I was shocked how poorly it is made. There are creases in the runner from the way it was rolled/folded during shipping and I've tried EVERYTHING to get it to straighten out. It's been over a week and even putting 10lb weight plates along the edges still did nothing. It's a tripping hazard and I'm not sure if it will ever straighten out. Sigh..
