Item was advertised as "natural wool" and in the product overview it listed "material: wool" and no other materials were mentioned. Item arrived and was labeled as 100% polypropylene. Very misleading. When I called, the person I spoke with said "natural wool" referred to the color and that I should have looked more closely at the specifications (despite the product overview only listing wool as a material). I am returning it and writing this review so that if you too were looking for a natural wool rug, you don't waste your time by buying this rug.
