Nice but hard to keep clean.

There was a huge dead cockroach scattered across the entire rug and little white specks EVERYWHERE, the rug also sheds A LOT (which I was told was common for wool rugs) I am only giving this review 3 stars instead of 1 because the customer service was awesome. They took care of everything and informed me multiple times that they were sorry. I am returning the rug but don’t let this review stop you from purchasing this rug… it is beautiful.

I like the style. However, it sheds small black fibers everywhere, and holds a lot of lint. You need a really good vacuum to maintain keeping the lint off of it.

Exactly what was wanted to elevate the home office!

I love the design but it’s not very soft (using it for a bedroom and it almost has a texture that reminds me of an outdoor rug.) Also, it came with lots of visible lint and because it’s black you can see EVERYTHING that gets on it. Will be difficult to keep clean.
