Honestly, YUCK. This rug looks like it was in a flood, then stored in a dusty attic for ten years. While the base color looks white/light beige/gray in the photos, it looks like an aged yellowy tan in real life. I tried to get a photo of this color difference, but it photographs light like in the photos, so I can't tell if it's just a my specific rug color issue, or all of them.
The feel of the rug was also unpleasant. I walk barefoot everywhere, but it was an unpleasant, crunchy feeling. That's even after running my cordless vacuum over it three times and having a completely full bin of lint each go.
I normally love Safavieh rugs, and have had great success with them in the past (and since this, my new living room rug from them is great), but this one misses the mark.
