Okay, I just can't say enough about this rug. It's beautiful and looks very high end. It honestly looks like something you'd see in a million dollar mansion. I can't believe I was able to get it for under $200! And it's a high end quality wool rug at that. Impressive! It does shed a bit, but I honestly think it's because it's a wool rug and it's new. I'm sure the shedding will ease up over time (which is also the reason I dropped it down a notch in the star rating). I was also amazed at your selection of rugs - especially round rugs. I have shopped and shopped every local store around here and everyone has the same ole same ole and if you're looking for a round rug, then good luck! I had seen one of your commercials and thought to myself, "Why not?! Let's give them a shot!" Am I ever glad I did! Your customer service is awesome too and everything arrived so quickly. I'm telling you, had you guys been around when I was in my twenties then I'd have never left home to shop!
