The texture of this rug is different than what I thought it was but I was surprisingly happy with it - it goes great w our Taupe sectional - just perfect! And w 80%wool 20%cotton it warmed the room right up w NY winter

I won’t be shopping at Wayfair any longer as customer service was ineffective.

There are black seams between the grey knots in the carpet that weren’t very prominent on the picture. It is also thinner than I expected but overall I’m ok with it. I think they should provide a higher resolution image to customers.
