Very thin, the design is nice, but it is definitely not an anti-fatigue mat. Its entirely too thin! I kept it because I like the design of it. I just wish it had a little bit more cushion.

Very comfortable and great colors! I just wish they made them in different sizes - it feels too narrow but I bought it anyways because the colors were perfect for my kitchen!
