It's been over a month since I received it and the edges of this rug still won't lay flat. It's a terrible trip hazard given the thickness of the rug.

The rug is beautiful and the material used is soft. However, it has good sized raised edges on all sides which creates a big tripping hazard. Not suitable for a runner for a kitchen. I’m going to have to return it although how I’m going to be able to repackage it is a mystery to me as it was wrapped in plastic. Any suggestions, Wayfair?
