This review is not for the rug itself but addresses the lackluster delivery of said item. I had ordered a couch before with in he delivery service so I know what to expect. This rug instead was delivered and dumped on my front porch steps, not even brought to the top. The doorbell or delivery truck horn wasn’t even used to alert me something had arrived. This experience after having a pretty lousy CS experience buying the rug where the coupon code didn’t get applied properly and CS saying they could not assist AT ALL. 4 thumbs down for All Modern’s CS for this shipment. A $680 rug.
