Love the rug. Quality is very good and it really enhances my Kitchen. Plan to use it with our new kitchen dining set. Expect delivery this week. So far everything has been terrific!

Ordered the 9x12 rug and it arrived folded up, to make it easier for them to ship a rug of this size. Unfortunately, those folds make it impossible for the rug to lay flat. I’ve used all the manufacturer’s tips for getting it to lay flat, including putting heavy furniture on top, but a week later and it still doesn’t lay flat. Not sure it ever will. Very disappointing. Also not really happy with the color. It’s a little darker in person and less subtle than the picture shows. The rug is soft, though.
