Tapis gris / ivoire en coton touffeté à la main Etheredge

This is a really beautiful, plush rug. I would not call it gray, though. It is darker like charcoal. It also has some beige in the pattern that is not really noticeable from the pictures. It did have a flaw in the ivory border- dark fibers woven in with the ivory so it looked like a stain. I decided to keep it since it would be covered by furniture. I liked it so much, I ordered a larger one for another area in my house.

A little more black than gray.

It's beautiful! The pile height varies and the weave is more detailed than in the picture. Even better in-person.

Wonderful durable rug. Great texture and thickness. Feels soft underfoot.

It arrived scummy and dirty, but the inside was fine. Overall I like it a lot. The pattern is pretty and the rug stays put without a rug mat. A few things I don’t love: it seems to shed quite a bit, and the high low of the texture doesn’t contrast as much as I’d hoped. I have a different textured rug where the high parts are really soft and significantly more high pile than the low. FWIW: my dogs looooove it, which is enough to make it a keeper.
