These are exactly what I was looking for. I had purchased, from a local hardware store, what I thought were quality mats. After only about 4 months the wiper spikes broke off and left behind a flat surface that in turn became nothing more then a water tray. Not useful as a mat to wipe messy footwear on. I have only just installed these but they seem heavy duty. If these too fail I will be reporting so.

We got this in August and the middle section has already worn away. Very disappointed for $100 Do not recommend.
