I have this rug in my kitchen. Great bright color. Love yellow with my teal blue walls, looks great! Cleans well!

I purchased this for our playroom, based on the positive reviews. I don't know whether our rug is just off, but this thing sheds constantly, leaving fibres all over the house, on the kids' clothes, etc. I have no idea what is wrong with it, or whether it will stop eventually, but it is seriously insane. I vacuum it every few days, and every time, I get a canister half full of fibres. It doesn't seem to matter how much I vacuum it, it just keeps on shedding and shedding. It's in the corners of the playroom, in the hallways in our house, and all over clothing if the kids sit on it. I am going insane. This thing is just a ridiculous amount of maintenance. I added pictures of how the vacuum looks after going over it for about 5 minutes(this is after it's been vacuumed 5 times altogether), as well as how the edges of the room and hallways look everyday. I am going to keep it for a little longer, to see if there is a difference, but if it stays the same, I will have to replace it with something else. Such a disappointing purchase.
