DO NOT BUY THIS RUG--- DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WAYFAIR - their customer service is nothing what it used to be. 6 years ago they were here to help, replace things; now there are here to tell me "some time" has passed and there is nothing they can do. My rug has a sizeable hole in it (pictures attached). 8 months old (2 of which i was rolled up and set aside) and I am walking on it and my foot catches on this hole. Not to mention this rug sheds like you have a pack of dogs living with you (we have none)- so utterly disappointing. Go elsewhere.

Beautiful rug. Wife would have liked if the tan bits were more prominent for a richer variation in color, but were very happy. Great quality. We have not noticed any shedding.

This is a beautiful rug and very well made. I purchased the 9x12 and it’s fit perfectly in my space. It is different piles and actually adds so much texture to my living room. It’s soft and comfy underfoot. And there is no smell. If you’re on the fence, just buy it. You won’t regret it!

The rug is not a keeper. It has been shedding for a month and the shedding is so bad that it is a constant cause of making our room look unclean. We thought it would stop. We have vacuumed and vacuumed and vacuumed. I have no intention of keeping this rug.

Disappointed with this rug. The shedding is absolutely terrible! Looking for a replacement. Don’t buy.
