Jencarlo Modern Distressed Area Rug

I ordered many rug samples before deciding on this rug for my livingroom. The colors coordinated well with my furniture and newly painted walls. However, the rug has been in the room for less than two weeks, and a significant amount of pilling is occurring all over the rug. The leaflet included with the rug stated some shedding would occur when initially laying the rug; this isn't shedding, it's pilling. It requires me to manually pull the fuzz off that it's creating, as it doesn't come up with vacuuming the rug. I can't imagine what the rug would look like after a few months of wear, not to mention years. The photos show just a tiny portion. The entire rug is affected. SO disappointed.

This rug is so much prettier than the pictures on the website. It’s a subtle mix of blues, greys and golds and is very soft underfoot. Perfect for our space with is currently a little too monochrome.

Fantastic quality, great warm colours and really soft.
