The rug is beautiful, very soft. The rug is darker and more grey then in the picture.

Overall great product, soft, colors were slightly different from what I was expecting from the pictures but still liked the way it looks with my living room. There was a very small section where the carpet was slightly damaged/snagged which was disappointing but it was such a small area I did not want to return it. Overall, pleased with the product

This is my favorite rug! We bought 3 for our new house and this one stands out the most for me. It’s subtle yet beautiful. Quality is top notch. Soft, thick and fits our huge room perfectly (we bought the 9x12) highly recommend!
