Pretty and believe it or not, it hides some stains well. But it is very hard to clean and leaves margins around stains that have been blotted up. In some houses that lack natural sunlight, the distressed look of this carpet may look a bit too distressed and dirty. Needs a bright sunny spot with little foot traffic. I like it it but it doesn’t fit my decor.

The quality of this rug is outstanding! It is heavy because it is very dense - in a good way. Definitely five stars and beyond for quality... however, the coloring is VERY different from the picture. It is many many many shades lighter than what it looks like in the picture. It's beautiful but I was expecting something darker.
