Beautiful. Super soft. Gorgeous color (it does change in tone as you pass your hand or feet over it but you can brush it back to the shade you prefer). Does not shed at all! Absolutely love it. May buy another one.

The rug is two different colors depending on the light (two toned) and if you walk on or touch the rug, the color changes based on the direction of the direction of the rug fibers. Beware, it is not a solid colored rug. I was very disappointed.

I am obsessed with this rug. High-end quality at a great price. This rug is literally a fraction of the cost of other silk rugs I was looking at on a different designer website. This is the softest rug we have ever stepped foot on, the whole family likes it. (And that includes 2 teenagers.) It's a treat and a sensory experience to walk on. The color of the rug changes based on your lighting. From one end of our large, natural light-filled room it looks silver, and from the opposite end it looks dark grey with color variations. "Elephant" is an on-point description. I was a little hesitant to buy a rug on-line (factors like coloring, texture, ect...). This way a GREAT on-line buy and probably the best thing I've purchased on Wayfair.
