Received this rug yesterday. It was folded is so many pieces that it has permanentl folds in it. Look at the pictures. What am I suppose to do with those Ther is 5 more folds just like those. This unacceptable!!

Rug was delivered folded instead of rolled so the creases wouldn’t come out of the rug so it was a tripping hazard. I returned and ordered a second time rug was delivered folded

I absolutely loveeeeee this rug. It not to thick and not too think. I needed it to bring together the colors in my basement as on it a makeup studio pink n white and the other side is my fitness center red n black. This rug is in the model and bought the colors together for me
