I am so disappointed with this rug. We purchased this last December and it looks just awful. We purchased a different rug near the same time for the living room. It is wonderful. This was ordered for a bedroom that gets very little foot traffic. We noticed this summer we could see it wearing. See the picture. I am fed up that we spent the amount on this rug and have not even gotten a year out of it. I am requesting a replacement or credit. Please advise. I love Wayfair but this is just not right.

We bought this rug to cover an area over a new vinyl floor installed in our basement room. Feels soft and luxurious. The Dyson vacuum doesn't like it; even with the beater bar turned off it is difficult to vacuum. Have to use the furniture attachments and vacuum by hand. But still a great rug!
