Unfortunately I can’t rate the doormat because they sent me the wrong one. The one star is for how Wayfair handled the issue. They offered me a partial refund to keep the wrong item, which I declined. I don’t like the mat that was sent nor does it apply to where it would be placed. Then they wouldn’t expedite the shipping for the correct item, so I would have to wait additional time to receive it. The item was meant to be a gift for a housewarming I’m attending this weekend, and now I have to spend money on something else before receiving a refund because I have to send the wrong item back first. Just disappointing overall.
