[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new rug. It is soft and looks great. It did have a smell, which is getting better over time. It came folded so some of the lines are still flattening. Happy with my purchase. Looks just like the photos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug was rolled up so tight that the raised pattern is flat and the tassels on the innermost edge don't even look like tassels. I will give it time to fluff up, but don't know what to do since there are no directions on unflattening the design. I am undecided what to do, but it doesn't look like the picture.
