This rug is defective. It was packaged terribly and ruined bc of it. It is insanely warped and I would need to pay a professional steamer to fix it. I paid almost 100 and all you gave me was a headache. This rug is unusable. I have no plastic to wrap it back up in or leave it for FedEx in any condition where they would agree to transport it. I have no plastic to wrap it in. I want a full refund REGARDLESS of a return. The onus of blame lies with Wayfair’s shoddy packaging and product so it’s on you to make this right. This has been a zero stars horrible experience. And it took so long to get here. Everything awful. See the picture for the insane proof! I want every cent returned to me. This is shockingly bad.
