I love the darker tones with this rug. Definitely not colors picture in a sense but it goes well with overall look and feel of the space so, I’m a HAPPY CAMPER!

Wayfair customer service was put to the test and they passed!! The rug that is described is not what arrived. It looks similar but what arrived was slightly darker and made from jute/grass type materials. Customer service handled things very well and fixed the situation. I recommend a non slip underpad with this rug. If you are the type to wiggle and move around in your chair, I don't recommend this rug. Chair feet will pull and tear into it.

The colors are off from the picture. It’s black with yellow pulling and not white nor beige. Also not soft at all. Returning.

If you are expecting a wool cream colored rug, don't get your hopes up. I was told after being shipped the incorrect item 3 times that the wrong photo is on this listing. It is actually a black and tan jute rug.
