Buyer beware! I was under the impression I would receive the all cream rug, however, the one that showed up was the gray and cream version, which didn't match the space I needed it for. When I went back to the listing, I noticed others had left similar reviews, however, I don't recall having to choose a color when I made the purchase (so, maybe that is on me?). Customer service was quick to resolve the issue and I was able to return the rug - still a hassle with a rug that size to have to repackage it. The rug quality itself seemed great and I was bummed it wasn't available in the all cream color!

Beautiful rug!

I was so excited while awaiting this order since I have the same rug in my living room. I ordered this rug in cream for my dining room as well and was sent the gray one instead. I see now the cream is sold out so it looks like I’m stuck with the gray. Not happy at all since this disrupts the flow I was hoping for. Overall great rug but if I would have wanted gray, I would have ordered it. I really wanted the cream one.
