Love this rug - it is simple and modern!

This rug is beautiful. True, it isn't super soft. But it definitely isn't scratchy! I use a rug pad underneath and it's very comfy under bare feet. The pattern look like it's embroidered onto the rug with a wool yarn, which gives it a lovely hand-made feel. Honestly I'm in love. It reminds me of the upholstery on some danish modern dining chairs my family had when I was young. The only weird thing...when I received the package, the plastic wrap was wet. On the INSIDE. Meaning that the rug was ever so slightly damp, and it smelled like wet wool. Ew. 10 minutes in the dryer fixed it, but what the HECK. Did they ship it from a tropical rainforest? We may never know.
