A bit disappointed with this Kainaan 1243 Transitional Geometric Beige Area Rug in one of the larger sizes. I recently purchased two other (5 star) area rugs from Wayfair for comparison, and using the same .33” pad under each. This one does not look or feel the stated pile height. It is also not plush and soft to touch or walk on barefoot. Unlike the others, this area rug is outgassing, and I will not be staying in that bedroom until it improves. Another thing, the pattern is bidirectional. It is a crisp pattern looking at it from one direction and a much paler and much subdued pattern from the other. Photos almost show it, but not quite. I can deal with that for the bedroom, but others may not like that, and I could not find that feature noted in the product details. Backing is fairly stiff and rolled, but will flatten if you roll it backwards.
