Very soft feel, and stays in place

Ordered this as a gift for my parents who need something more manageable as they age. This rug is sort of like a big soft blanket when it comes to material. It has a velvety soft plush and is lightweight. It does require a rug pad underneath it to keep it in place, but that is something we add for most carpets to increase cushioning underfoot.

The rug is pretty, but it came folded up in a box so its all creased and the creases aren’t coming out
