Tapis beige noué à la main Powell

This was a purchase of faith as there was only one stock photo at the time I purchased this and one review that basically told me that it sheds. It is a thick rug, which I'm happy about. I wanted a plush cozy rug that we could sit on around the coffee table for when playing games or be on the floor playing with our dog. In the stock photo, the "beige" seemed darker than what I got. It's a very light beige and with a lot of light, it looks almost white. Though I guess if they said white, and someone got this thinking it was white and blue, they might be disappointed that it isn't a true white. More accurately, this is a very very light beige. Also, the designs in the stock photo looked like different shades of blue, which is one of the reasons I was drawn to this rug because I thought it would compliment our navy walls. From a distance they definitely do look blue, but up close, the dark is a cobalt blue and purple mix, and the lighter shade is a cobalt blue and pink mix. This was a bit of a surprise, but I like it. I'm docking a star because this description was not descriptive enough to provide this information, nor were there adequate pictures to convey the true look and feel of the rug. There is a bit of shedding as the first reviewer noted, but I expect that to taper off over time. Overall, I'm very pleased with this rug.

Beautiful rug but shed for months and months. Wools was all over our house

The rug looks and feels great, but two months later it is still shedding like a Husky losing its winter fur. I have to have lint rollers on hand all the time, it’s actually so annoying I’m ready to just throw it out because I missed the return window.

Really nice rug! Sheds a bit but probably cause it's new. Nice texture and beautiful look.

More of a fluffy shag than I had expected, but it's grown on me. Sheds A LOT. Be prepared to go over it 3-4 times with a vacuum.
