I absolutely loved this rug, but it shed a little too much for me.

Do not buy rug unless you want shedding all over your house. It recommends just sweeping and shaking outside twice a week! No vacuuming. Who has time for that!

Update: We've had this rug for 6 months and are not happy at all with it. Within a few days of purchase, it started shedding massive quantities of fuzz. We thought frequent vacuuming would clean up the loose fibers, but here we are 6 months later and it still sheds. The areas that experience the most foot traffic have loosened so much that it is all fuzzy and messy looking -- but the fuzz hasn't loosened enough to vacuum off yet. It's a mess. We are headed out to buy a new rug this weekend and will trash this one. I'm sad; it was so beautiful when new. Original review upon receipt: Beautiful rug. It's soft underfoot, and the mix of neutral colors along with the changes in pattern to create strips elevates this rug to make it a beautiful accent without being too busy. The rug arrived folded with instructions to roll it for 48 hours. We followed the instructions and the fold marks mostly disappeared. Now that it's been rolled out on our floor for a couple of days, the folds are gone.
