Woodacre Moroccan Style Diamond Ivory/Grey Rug

Pretty good quality rug. Corners tend to curl up.

I purchased this rug after being disappointed by the quality of another rug purchased on Wayfair. The previous rug (similar price) was not laying flat no matter what I did it had creases in it. This rug laid flat after only 3 hours of rolling it out. The carpet quality is much better as well. I would recommend this rug. I however don’t recommend Wayfair in general because of Wayfair‘s satisfaction policy. I had to pay to get the first rug I purchased returned, even after I purchased this rug as a replacement. I even spoke to customer service and explained the quality issue with the first rug, and was told that I still had to pay to return it. They should stand by their product quality! Instead they made ME pay because I received a rug that was extremely poor quality. So disappointing! So, be sure whatever you buy on this site you won’t return or they will make you pay! What a silly thing to loose a customer over.
