Dear Wayfair Customer Care, I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the handling of our recent rug order and the exceptionally poor customer service we have received throughout this process. Approximately two weeks ago, we placed an order for a rug by phone. Within 30 minutes of placing the order, we realized that the incorrect rug had been ordered. We immediately called Wayfair to correct the mistake, but despite contacting your team almost immediately, we were told that it was "too late" to make any changes. When the incorrect rug arrived, we contacted Wayfair again to arrange a return and receive the correct rug. Unfortunately, what followed has been an ongoing series of errors and frustrations: FedEx came to our home twice to pick up the return, only to discover that Wayfair had not provided the correct return shipping label. We were led to believe that the correct replacement rug had been shipped. Instead, Wayfair sent us the same incorrect rug a second time. As a result, we are now in possession of two incorrect rugs that we never ordered. After all of this, we have now been informed that the rug we originally wanted is no longer in stock. This entire ordeal has consumed the last two weeks, required multiple phone calls, wasted our time waiting for FedEx pickups, and left us without the product we originally ordered. To add insult to injury, the best resolution Wayfair has offered is a 10% credit. Frankly, this offer is unacceptable considering the numerous mistakes made by Wayfair—not by us. We attempted to correct the order within 30 minutes, yet every subsequent issue has resulted from failures in your ordering, shipping, and returns processes. We expected much better from a company with Wayfair's reputation. Instead, we have experienced some of the worst customer service we have ever encountered. There has been a clear lack of communication, accountability, and urgency in resolving this matter. We respectfully request that Wayfair's Customer Relations team review this situation and provide a resolution that fairly reflects the inconvenience, frustration, and time we have invested due to errors entirely outside of our control. We look forward to your prompt response and hope that Wayfair will take this opportunity to restore our confidence in your company. Sincerely, Keith Hobbs

Very nicely made but there was no cream color in this rug at all like it shows. Everything was a dark khaki tan with black & that gold circle. I would not recommend it for anyone who’s looking for a lighter area rug!!!!
