Castielle Hand Tufted Wool Abstract Rug

Awesome neutral color and modern design ties the entire bedroom together.

The collor of the rug in my room does not looking good. When requesting a return, I need to pay $80 shipping fee for this 2x3 size rug. $80 shipping cost is way to high for this small size rug because it is required to be picked up from my home. I called customer service. Leena H. from Wayfair was very good and helped me to contact the vendor. Vendor removed home pick requirement and gave me the address to send the rug back. I end up to pay around $33 of shipping fee. I wished Wayfair could create the return shipping Label so that the shipping rate should be $6-$7 (Wayfair has company buck rate). I am not sure other customers had faced the same issue.

My living room looks perfect with my large wool rug. The colors and thickness warm the room in appearance and literally.

The rug is beautiful but you can’t walk on it without it pilling. I adjusting the settings on my regular vacuum and even used an older broom vacuum on it. It looks great until someone walks on it again. Unfortunately it’s in the room we spend most of our time so it’s a hopeless cause. This rug is a nightmare if you plan to actually walk on it!
