The lines are so pronounced in this carpet you don’t get to see the actual design as featured in this carpet. It looks more like a plaid carpet rather than the design as featured.

Beautiful rug, good quality and arrived in a timely manner. I can't comment on washability because I haven't washed it yet; but compared to Ruggables, which are much more expensive, it certainly holds up. Nice detail on the stitching as well, which I have included a photo of below. I'm happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend this product to others, pending washing.
