I ordered this rug and received the Safavieh Princeton rug instead. I called to let them know and they sent me a new rug. Again, I received the wrong rug, and again, the Safavieh Princeton rug. Now I have two wrong rugs and clearly am not going to ask for another. But I am hoping to get a refund since I still have not received what I paid for.
