Received this rug and it is not the Rug I ordered. The Rug I ordered was to be a selection from the Williston Forge collections, with the name GIMENEZ. The rug I received was of the QUINCEY collections. The rug received was of multiple shades of blue to include a strong Turquoise shade, baby blue, white, pewter (gray) and little to no NAVY. The rug ordered was to have Navy and Pewter - two colors. Talked with three different reps regarding a return and they all said without a picture to determine if the mistake was theirs or mine, I would be responsible for paying a $60.00 return fee. My husband and I took the better part of an entire morning to roll the 5 x 7 rug back up and get it into its original packaging and hearing later when starting a return that I had to open it back up to include a photo of the problem. The representative I talked with today said that she and her supervisor determined it was the rug I ordered - even though nothing on the rug sent resembled the description listed on their site. Lots of reasons the representative gave for this - company's change names of their rugs all the time, that it was Navy and Pewter on the label and the fact it did not have any of the information on the rug sent that resembled what I ordered, it was the correct rug. Really? I will not be ordering from Wayfair again, even though I have ordered things in the past. I do not recommend this rug if you are looking for a primarily NAVY solid color rug with some gray in it. Please study the photos I have included before purchasing this rug or any other for that matter from Wayfair.

Love this rug - bought it for the bedroom and it was so great, we bought it for our tv room too! Colors and pattern are as pictured. It is a shag rug, so you have to like that look for sure. We are very happy with this purchase!

Love, love this beautiful rug in my tiny home. Accent colors are great and easy to match for other items of decor. Washes up nicely and great price for good quality item. Mayfair for the win!
