It’s lovely but sheds a tremendous amount. Also, a lot of grey coloring in the rug.

Not twist the cord????? It’s truly impossible not to. Poor poor design. Has now taken me over two hours and still not done and I usually assemble most things in our household and NEVER have issues like this!! Should have a zero rating!!!! Ridiculous!!!
